The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.
4. ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

- You are using the services under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized representative;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
5. BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight details.

Customers should notify the Company as soon as possible regarding flight delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes.
11. PASSENGER CONDUCT
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate transportation without refund where a passenger:
- Engages in abusive behavior;
- Threatens staff or drivers;
- Causes damage to property;
- Endangers safety;
- Violates applicable laws;
- Is under the influence of illegal substances;
- Engages in disruptive conduct.
Passenger safety remains our highest priority.
12. BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Passengers are responsible for:
- Their baggage;
- Personal belongings;
- Valuable items carried during transportation.
The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Unclaimed items may be disposed of after a reasonable period in accordance with applicable laws.
